Neil Lennon "Preparing" For Third Bid

Celtic manager, Neil Lennon. Has stated he is "preparing" for a third bid for Kieran Tierney. Lennon didn't seem confident Tierney was 100% going to be a Celtic player and has told Arsenal to come back with a "revised" offer. The previous offers were a £15m offer and a £17.5m + £7.5m in add-ons. Both were rejected.
